Day 01 - Mumbai
Arrive
Mumbai. Our representative will be at the airport to welcome you. Transfer
to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02 - Sightseeing of Mumbai
Morning visit Elephanta Caves across the harbour which is famous for it
huge rock cuts. This afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of Mumbai that
will introduce this vibrant city. Sights including the colourful Dhobi
Ghat, Mumbai's city-sized outdoor laundry, the colossal gateway of India
and visit the Prince of Wales Museum where you can view the best of the
miniature Mughal art.
Day 03 - Mumbai - Nagpur - Kanha
Transfer to the airport after breakfast for your flight to Nagpur. Here
you will be met by our driver and travel to Kanha (300kms - 6 hours) to
arrive a Kipling Camp for a three night stay. Relax this evening in
preparation for the game drives ahead.

Day 04 - 5 - Kanha
Over the next two days you will enjoy early morning and late afternoon
game drives searching for the elusive tiger. Kanha is an extremely
attractive park where the landscape is just as interesting as the
wildlife.
Day 06 - Kanha - Bandhavgarh
This morning drive through the rugged, yet scenic, landscape to
Bandhavgarh (325 kms - 7 hours) and arrive at Churhat Kothi, newly built
and styled on African safari tents, for a three night stay. Bandhavgarh
was originally the private hunting preserve of the Maharaja or Rewa it was
changed to a national park in 1968 and is now one of the best places on
earth to spot tiger.
Day 07 to 8 - Bandhavgarh
Your
early morning and late afternoon game drives over the next two days will
allow you view the varied bird life as well as leopard, tiger, Barking
Deer and wild Oxon.
Day 09 - Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho
After breakfast this morning continue your journey and travel by road to
Khajuraho (240 kms - 6 hours) where you will check into the Hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 10 - Khajuraho
After a leisurely breakfast partake in an exploration of the Chandela
Temples of the area that date back to the 10th and 11th century, featuring
erotic art and wonderful sculpture.
Day 11 - Khajuraho - Delhi
This morning is your last chance to drink in the serenity of Khajuraho
until your afternoon flight to Delhi. Transfer to hotel for overnight
stay. Evening free for relax or to spend time for shopping. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 12 - Delhi - Out
Full day Delhi sightseeing tour visiting the Raj Ghat (Cremation site of
Mahatma Gandhi), Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar & India Gate (War
Memorial). Drive Past President House & Parliament House. Also visit
the Birla Temple. Later transfer to international airport to connect
flight for onward destination (hotel checkout 12:00 hrs.)
