A specially designed Rajasthan tour package covering two
most admired destinations in Rajasthan- Udaipur and Jaipur. Start you tour
by exploring the cosmopolitan capital of India- Mumbai and then move ahead
to Udaipur, Ranakpur, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Pushkar, Agra and Delhi.
Day 01 - Arrive Mumbai
Meeting
& greeting at airport and transfer to Hotel. Overnight in Mumbai.
Day 02 - Mumbai
Take a motor launch from the Gateway of India to the Elephanta Caves.
Guided city tour of Mumbai includes Jain Temple, Kamala Nehru Park,
Hanging Gardens, Towers of Silence, Mani Bhavan where Mahatma Gandhi spent
17 years of his life and Prince of Wales Museum. Evening transfer to
airport to connect flight for Udaipur. Upon arrival transfer to hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 03 - In Udaipur
Morning transfer to airport to connect flight for Udaipur. Later city
sightseeing tour of Udaipur city with visit to City Palace, Jagdish
Temple, Museum, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari & Pichola Lake. Overnight in
Udaipur.
Day 04 - Udaipur - Ranakpur -Jodhpur
Morning visit Eklingji & Nagda temples. Leave to Jodhpur which is 259
kms. & approx. 6 hrs. drive. Enroute visit centuries old Ranakpur Jain
Temples. Upon arrival check into hotel.
Day 05 - Jodhpur
Morning city tour visiting the Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada & Umaid
Bhawan Palace, Clock tower and Mandore Garden. Afternoon drive to Osain to
see ancient temple and you can explore camel ride there. Drive back to
hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06 - Jodhpur – Ajmer - Pushkar
Morning
drive to Pushkar (200 kms / 4 hrs). Enroute visit Taragarh Fort and Dargah
Sharif at Ajmer. Check into hotel. Afternoon city tour visiting famous
temples, Pushkar lake and pushkar fair mela. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 - Pushkar - Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur (130 kms / 3 hrs). Check into hotel. Afternoon
proceed to Jantar Mantar a magnificent stone observatory built by Raja Jai
Singh, Hawa Mahal - also known as "Palace of Winds" and Birla
Temple. Evening you may explore colourful local markets. Overnight in
Hotel.
Day 08 - Jaipur - Agra
Morning enjoy an exciting optional Elephant ride on your way to the Amber
Fort, followed by a visit to the City Palace where you can see an
excellent collection of paintings, costumes and armoury. Afternoon drive
to Agra (232 kms / 5 hrs drive). Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikhri the Old
Mughal capital of Emperor Akbar. Overnight at hotel
Day 09 - Agra - Delhi
In the morning proceed for City sightseeing which includes, Taj Mahal, an
extravagant marble monument of love built by Shahjahan in 1653 as a
memorial for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Then visit the Agra Fort - a red
sandstone fort built by Akber in 1565. Later drive to Delhi (203 kms / 4
hrs). Upon arrival check into hotel. (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays)
Day 10 - Delhi / Out
Full day city tour of Delhi visiting Qutab Minar, Humayun Tomb, drive
pass through India gate, Parliament House and the Rashtrapati Bhawan
(President House) , the Red Fort and the famous bazaars of Chandni Chowk.
Time permitting also visit Raj Ghat -the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi.
Evening transfer to International Airport to connect your onward flight.
