Day 01 : Arrive Chennai. 
Meeting
& assistance at airport and transfer to Hotel. Overnight in Chennai.
Day 02 : Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
Drive Chennai to Kanchipuram, which is 76 kms. & 02 hrs. drive.
Sightseeing tour of Kanchipuram visiting the Temples. Afternoon drive to
Mahaballipuram, which is 65 kms. & approx. 02 hrs. drive. Evening
sightseeing tour which includes visit to the Shore temples. Overnight in
Mahabalipuram.
Day 03 : Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry
Morning drive to Pondicherry (190 kms / 4 hrs). Check into hotel.
Afternoon visit Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Promenade Beach, various Churches
and Temples, Botanical Garden etc.
Day 04 : Pondicherry - Thanjavur.
Morning drive to Thanjavur (170 kms / 4 hrs). Check into hotel. Afternoon
visit Sri Brihadeswara Temple, The Palace, Art Gallery, Library, Hall of
Music, Royal Museum, Schwartz Church, Mariamman Temple etc.
Day 05 : Thanjavur - Trichy - Madurai.
Morning drive to Madurai (195 kms / 4 hrs) enroute visiting attractions
in Trichy - Viralimalai Sanctuary, and various temples. Upon arrival check
into hotel.
Day 06 : Madurai - Board train to Chennai
Full day city sightseeing tour of Madurai visiting Meenakshi Temple,
Tirumalai Nayak Palace & the Vandiyur Mariamman Tank. Evening transfer
to station to connect train for Chennai at 19:25 hrs. Overnight in train.
Day 07 : Leave Chennai
Arrive Chennai at 06:10 hrs. Later city sightseeing tour visiting the
Fort St. George, St. Thomas Mount, Kapaleeswar Temple and Art Gallery.
Evening transfer to airport to connect flight for onward destination.
